Room with its own shower and bathroom in a very high end building. Washer and dryer and very nice furniture. Super lux! Alot alot alot of clothet space. There's an extra room for more storage too. My room is bigger by a little and has a jacuzzi which u maybe can use when I'm not home. I keep very clean though pics look a bit messy i was in a rush. So yes must be neat and not a messy person. Looking for woman who will help to keep clean and a NON SMOKER! NO PARTIES or boyfriends sleep over. Prefer a quiet and relaxed woman who understands this is an expensive apartment and I'm only renting room out so cheap because I expect her to keep house clean between the cleaner's visits every 2-3 weeks. This is a 3 bedroom apt. 120m with balcony. I have 2 cats 6th floor..no parking as I use the 1 spot. 7min. Walk to subway. Market all close walking distance including promenade mall. $400 a month includes all utilities.
